Seongbuk Global Village Center will run a European Christmas Market this Friday and Saturday, with festive food, drinks and other Christmas items from across the continent.

This year’s market has expanded to include the participation of nine European embassies, and will also include a Santa Claus costume contest on Saturday and a dance contest.

The dance contest is open to all on the day, but entries for the Santa competition are closed.

The market will run at Seongbukcheon Fountain Square at Hanseong University Station on Subway Line No. 4, from noon to 8 p.m.




성북 국제글로벌빌리지 센터는 이번 금요일과 토요일에 유럽식 크리스마스 마켓을 열 예정이다. 대륙을 넘어온 축제음식과, 음료 그리고 다른 크리마스 아이템들과 함께 진행한다. 이번 년도의 시장은 아홉개의 유럽 대사관의 참여를 포함하려고 넓혔다. 그리고 토요일에 댄스대회와 산타클로스 코스튬대회를 포함할 예정이다. 댄스대회는 그날 모두가 참여할 수 있지만 산타 대회의 참여는 제한된다. 시장은 12시부터 오후 8시까지 한성대역 지하철 4호선에 있는 성북천 분수광장에서 열릴 예정이다.
